Police Grants COZA Founder, Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo Bail, Find Out Why

Following the Police Interrogation of Biodun Fatoyinbo, the founder of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) Abuja over the rape allegation levelled against him by the Nigerian popular photographer and wife of a popular singer, Busola Dakolo, the Police has granted him administrative bail.

Biodun Fatoyinbo was granted bail after hours of questioning by the police detectives.

Speaking with newsmen about the interrogation, the Force Spokesman, Frank Mba has disclosed:

“It was a deliberate investigative strategy to bring Fatoyinbo much later after we must have gotten other things.

“Some Nigerians were thinking we did not want to talk to him but that is not so.

“We have the statement of Busola Dakolo already. She earlier made a statement to the police. Nigerians are assured that we will diligently investigate and conclude the case.”

  1. An accused person remains innocent until proven otherwise by a competent court of law. The bail shouldn’t be any problem at all.
