The award was today presented to the Commissioner in his office at the Federal Secretariat, Asaba, by the Bridge Radio Station Manager, Mr. Rex Okiche, who was accompanied by other staff members. Speaking shortly after receiving the award, Chief Patrick Ukah dedicated the award to the Delta State Governor, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa and to Deltans, saying they gave him the opportunity to serve.
